WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

INSPECTION

  • Inspection including extensive report. On site or in our workshop. Based on the inspection, follow-up steps can be taken, for example, repair or purchase of new propellers.

FABRICATION

  • Fabrication of new blade tips under class. Which are welded to the vessel’s propeller during repair.

REPAIRS

  • Global propeller repairs of all types of propellers, such as Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPPs), Controlled Pitch Propellers (CPPs) and Impellers.
  • Repairs of all materials, such as all types of CuNiAl: CU1, CU2, CU3, CU4, manganese bronze, stainless steel, duplex and aluminum.
  • Workshop Certificate issued by DNV.

MODIFICATIONS

  • Global propeller modification of all types of marine propellers, such as Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPPs), Controlled Pitch Propellers (CPPs) and Impellers.
  • Urgent modification of marine propellers.
  • Modification of all materials, such as all types of CuNiAl: CU1, CU2, CU3, CU4, manganese bronze, stainless steel, duplex and aluminum.
  • Workshop Certificate issued by DNV.

WELDING

  • Welding of new blade tips, cracks, cavitation etc.
  • In possession of all necessary welding certificates, both for repair of disassembled and in situ propellers.

POLISHING

  • After repair in our workshop, all propellers are polished to the minimum standard of ISO class 1.
  • Polishing of ship propellers in dry dock in situ to the minimum standard of ISO class 2.
  • Polishing of propellers to ISO class S. Polishing of Rupert A is also possible for navy and superyachts, among others.

POST WELD HEAT TREATMENT (PWHT)

  • Heat treatment after welding.
  • Carried out by qualified employees and the right equipment.

BALANCING

  • Balancing all types of propellers, such as Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPPs), Controlled Pitch
  • Propellers (CPPs) and Impellers. Balancing propellers of all kinds of materials.

Assembly/disassembly

  • Assembly and disassembly of Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPPs) and Controlled Pitch Propellers (CPPs).

MACHINING

  • Machining of blade feet for Controlled Pitch Propellers (CPPs).
  • Machining propeller cone for Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPP’s).

Blue fit

  • Blue fitting of fixed pitch propellers on the shaft.

NDT/Dye Check

  • Execution of NDT/dye check, including extensive report.
  • In possession of NDT/dye check certificate level 2.

Supervision

  • Supervision of on-site repairs. If desired, repairs carried out by a local company can take place under our supervision.
